My schedule got really really busy and I was not able to really focus on every day in terms of the phase and which day it was and is. However I do weigh myself every day I’m 20 pounds under my maintenance weight and that’s how the weight came off. This day at work so I’m down 55+ pounds and I do plan on losing more. Maybe 5 pounds. When you are on this diet you are supposed to take your scale with you and weigh yourself every day I did not because I did not have the room. However I made sure that I eat reasonably and responsibly. Right now my weight is 180.4 pounds and I am under my last spray weight and hanging in there so I’m at the point now where I can slowly introduce certain carbs. That’s very exciting so tomorrow I’m actually going to try just a small bit of jasmine rice.
